Installation of combined air conditioners and fresh air units

This chapter applies to the installation of combined air conditioners and new air blowers.

First, the material requirements

1 The materials and equipment required for installation shall have relevant quality certification documents such as the factory certificate.

2 The name, model and specifications of the equipment and materials shall be consistent with the design drawings.

3 The equipment and accessories to the site shall be consistent with the list and shall be free from damage and rust.

4 The relevant materials used in other installations must not have quality defects.

Second, the main equipment

The main equipment includes: winch, chain, pulley, wire rope, roller bar, crowbar, adjustable wrench, wire cutter, wire drop, steel ruler, level ruler, level, steel ruler, square ruler, etc.

Third, the operating conditions

1 The equipment has been unpacked and accepted, the model specifications are correct and there are no defects.

2 Have relevant technical documents for design and equipment.

3 Equipment transportation and installation have been prepared, and technical delivery has been carried out.

4 Fully prepared for temporary facilities, transportation roads, lighting, fire-fighting facilities, main materials and machinery and labor, and made reasonable arrangements.

5 The building's distress structure, doors and windows and interior decoration shall be basically completed, the foundation and the channel shall be completed, and the concrete strength shall not be less than 75% of the design strength; the construction site and nearby building materials, soil and miscellaneous materials shall be installed. Things should be removed.

Fourth, the operation process

(1) Process flow:

Unpacking inspection → basic acceptance → transportation assembly in place → equipment adjustment → equipment cleaning → inspection

(2) Equipment unpacking inspection.

1 Unpacking inspection shall be carried out with the participation of the construction unit, supervision, manufacturer and construction unit.

2 Check whether the box number and the number of boxes match the shipping documents and the packaging.

3 Carefully check the name, model and specifications of the equipment after unpacking. Equipment, its parts and components shall not be deformed, damaged, rusted, disordered or lost. Manually drive the car and check the impeller and the casing for rubbing and rubbing.

4 Check the packing list, equipment technical documents, materials and special tools, and keep them in a safe place. If there is a defect or does not conform to the requirements, it should be replaced by the manufacturer in time.

5 Fill in the on-site equipment unpacking records, and sign and seal with the units, as the technical file basis for the transfer of materials and equipment.

(3) Basic acceptance.

1 Check the position, geometry, elevation and reserved holes of the equipment foundation, which should meet the design requirements.

2 The oil, gravel, mud, and water in the reserved holes of the equipment foundation surface and anchor bolts should be cleaned; the threads and nuts of the pre-embedded anchor bolts should be well protected; the surface of the horn should be leveled. . The basic surface of the equipment should be 150~200mm above the ground plane of the equipment room.

(4) On-site transportation of equipment.

1 Use small trailers when transporting equipment horizontally. If using rollers, take protective measures to prevent equipment from bumping.

2 When the equipment is transported vertically, the bare rope equipment should be fixed on the lifting lugs or main beams. The equipment with packaging should be fixed on the outer packaging according to the fixed position of the force point. Measures should be taken when lifting. Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

(5) The equipment is in place.

1 Before the equipment is in place, the installation reference line shall be delineated according to the construction drawing and the axis or edge line and elevation line of the building.

2 Equipment that is connected, connected or arranged with each other shall be assigned a common installation baseline.

3 After the equipment is positioned and leveled, the reference plane, line or point is determined, and the inspection should be carried out at the given measurement position; the original measurement position must not be changed during the re-inspection.

4 The position of the device to find and level the measurement. When the technical documentation of the device is not specified, it should be determined at the main working surface of the device.

5 When installing the combined air conditioning unit, first check whether the sections of the air conditioner are consistent with the design drawings, and whether the equipment and components installed in each section are intact, the installation accessories should be complete.

When the combined air conditioning unit assembled in 6 stages is installed, the bolt holes are the same in size and position. Therefore, it should be noted that the order of the segments must be consistent with the drawing. Each functional segment is numbered before installation. The wrong position, air conditioner components left and right, the judgment method is to observe the direction of the airflow or according to the manufacturer's instructions.

7 When assembling the air conditioning unit, start from one end of the equipment, lift each section one by one to the base to correct the position, and then add the liner. The adjacent two sections are bolted tightly and firmly, and the inside of each section must be cleaned before cleaning. Continue to install.

8 The connection between the air conditioning unit and the supply and return pipes shall be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications of the product. When there is no explanation, the countercurrent heat exchange between the air and the water flow should be ensured, and the hot and cold water is generally adopted in the way of going in and out.

9 Check that the door and door frame should be flat and firm, no dripping, flexible switch; the condensate drain pipe (slot) is unblocked, the condensate drain pipe should have a water seal, and the connection with the outer pipe should be correct.

The connection between the functional sections of the 10 combined air conditioning unit should be strict. After the connection is completed, there will be no leakage, water seepage, condensed water discharge or overflow.

11 After the installation is completed, the unit should be cleaned up. There should be no debris in the box.

Five, quality standards

(1) The main control project.

1 The air conditioning unit should be properly installed in accordance with the following regulations:

(1) Model, specification, direction and technical parameters should meet the design requirements.

(2) The assembled air-conditioning unit on site shall be tested for air leakage, and the air leakage must meet the requirements of the national standard "combined air conditioning unit" GB/T14294.

Number of inspections: 20% by total, no less than one. The unit that purifies the air-conditioning system is inspected in all levels from 1 to 5, and 50% in the 6 to 9 level.

Inspection method: Check the test record according to the design drawing.

(2) General items.

1 The installation of combined air conditioning units and cabinet air conditioning units shall comply with the following requirements:

(1) The assembly of each functional section of the combined air conditioning unit shall comply with the order and requirements of the design regulations; the connection between the functional sections shall be strict and the whole shall be straight.

(2) The connection between the unit and the supply and return pipe should be correct. The water seal height of the condensate drain pipe at the lower part of the unit should meet the design requirements.

(3) The unit should be cleaned, and there should be no debris, garbage and dust in the box.

(4) The air filter and air heat exchanger fins in the unit should be clean and in good condition.

Number of inspections: 20% by total, not less than one.

Inspection method: observation inspection.

2 The installation of the air treatment room should meet the following requirements:

(1) The assembly position of the wall and each section of the metal air treatment chamber is correct, the surface is flat, and the connection is tight and firm.

(2) The body of the water spray section and its inspection door shall not leak water. The arrangement and specifications of the water spray pipe and nozzle shall comply with the design regulations.

(3) The heat dissipation surface of the surface heat exchanger should be kept clean and in good condition. When used for cooling air, a drainage device should be provided at the lower part, and the drainage pipe or tank of the condensed water should be unblocked, and the condensed water does not overflow.

(4) The gap between the surface heat exchanger and the retaining structure, and the gap between the surface heat exchangers should be tightly sealed.

(5) The connection between the heat exchanger and the system supply and return pipe should be correct and tight.

Number of inspections: 20% by total, not less than one.

Inspection method: observation inspection.

3 Plane position The distance between the reference line and the actual axis of the foundation or the actual axis and edge line of the plant wall (column). Its allowable deviation is 20mm.

Inspection method: According to the design ruler.

4 The allowable deviation of the plane position and elevation of the surface, line or point of the equipment positioning reference to the installation reference line shall comply with the following table:

Sixth, finished product protection

1 After the air treatment room is installed in place, external protection measures should be taken before the system is connected, and it should be free from damage to prevent debris from falling into the unit.

2 Do not use scaffolding and scaffolding on the air conditioning unit after installation. When indoor decoration, it should be covered to prevent contamination of the body and internal pipeline.

3 If the air-conditioning unit is not officially handed over to the user after installation, the air-conditioned room should be guarded by a special person to prevent damage and loss of parts.

4 In the event of an accident, report to the relevant department head immediately and take measures to deal with it.
